Q. When does breakfast time start?

Normally, it starts at 6:00 AM till 10:00 AM in the morning. However, if you are planning to leave the hotel earlier than that, we prepare a to-go box for breakfast to accommodate your needs.

Q. When does Puppet Show start?

It starts every night at 7:30 PM and it normally takes around 45 minutes per show. If we have high occupancy during the night, 2 shows will be presented which starts at 8:45 PM.

Q. When does Spa service close?

Spa service is available from 8:00 AM till 11:00 PM with last order at 10:00 PM. In room service for spa services are also available.

Q. When does the swimming pool close?

The swimming pool can be accessed by in house guest from 6:00 AM in the morning to 10:00 PM at night.

Q. Which places do you recommend to view sunrise or sunsets?

The sunset can be viewed at the hills near Su La Mani Pagoda. This can be reached by E-bike or car in 15 minutes from our resort. The hotel reception can assist you further with more details of the location if needed so.

Q. Is there any restaurant around Amazing Bagan Resort?

There are a couple of restaurants located around Amazing Bagan. One of the most liked restaurants on Trip Advisor, “Bagan Zay Restaurant” is located 1.6 km away from the resort, which can be reached by a 5 minutes E-Bike ride.

Q. Can I get a transfer to and from the Resorts?

Q. Can you reserve Balloon over Bagan services at the resort?

Yes, it can be reserved but an advance reservation is required for guarantee seats.

Q. How can I reserve spots to play at Bagan Golf Club?

For individual booking, one day advanced reservation would be enough to guarantee a spot to play at the golf club. However, for 15 people or more, advance payment is required and we suggest that you book 3 days in advance to guarantee spots. The price shown on our website includes pay for your accommodation, which includes daily breakfast, service charge, and government tax.

Q. Which ID proofs are accepted at the hotels?

Please kindly show your passport/government issued ID in order to prove you are the person who made the booking.

Q. Can I check-in at a early time than the hotel check in timing?

Early check-in depends on the in-house guest’s check-out on this day. If there are no guests checking out early on this particular day, we cannot prepare the room for you in time as we can only request the guest to check out at 12:00 PM. However, if we have vacancy on that day, we will be able to check you in early for your convenience. As we try to achieve customer satisfaction, we try to fulfill all the needs of our guest, but it all depends on the occupancy and early guest check out. Q. Can I check-out at later time than the hotel check out timing?

Late check-out depends on arriving guest check-in during the day. If there are guest arriving on this particular day, a late check-out would not be possible. Q. What is the maximum occupancy of a room?

The maximum occupancy of a room is three adults (or) two adults and two children under 12 years. The first children under 12 can stay for free, however, 1 extra bed is required if there are 2 children.
